Do Soapy Bits offer gift packaging?
We do offer gift boxes for up to 3 bars of Soapy Bits Soap Bars check them out here. Unfortunately we aren't currently able to offer gift wrapping or gift boxing on our skincare range as this comes directly from our suppliers.
Are Soapy Bits Soap Bars suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Our Soap Bars are all SLS&SLES free which means that they can be suitable for those with sensitive skin - even more so than many high street products that contain SLS & SLES. Our advice to all of our customers is that if irritation is caused by any of our soaps, desist use. Read our blog about what being SLS & SLES free means.
How long will delivery take?
We post all of our Soapy Bits Soap Bars using Royal Mail First Class postage for any domestic (UK) orders - these usually arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch. If you're in the UK and ordering from our skincare range these items typically take 4-7 business days from dispatch.
If you're ordering from abroad, we try and ensure your items are delivered within 14 working days. This isn't always possible and is dependant upon location.
For more information on delivery, see our shipping policy.
Whats the shelf life of Soapy Bits Soap Bars?
Our Soapy Bits Soap Bars have the estimated shelf life of 6 months which is loads of time to get soapy!
Some of my soap is wet - why is this?
Some of our soap bars do express some moisture, this is completely normal and is most common with our Soapy Sea bar. This is due to the salt content - we could limited this by shrink-wrapping each bar, however, this isn't planet friendly, so we don't do it! The moisture doesn't impact on its scent or feel though!
Where are Soapy Bits based?
We have soap kitchens in Worcestershire and Wiltshire but sell online-only. We hand blend and handcraft your soap from these kitchens with precision, pride and care!
